By using Gibky you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose, so please read them.
Not medical advice
Gibky, including cycle-aware loading and cycle predictions, provides fitness tracking and planning only. It is not medical advice, not a diagnostic tool, and not a contraceptive method. Don't use its cycle predictions to prevent or plan a pregnancy.
Consult a qualified professional before starting a training program, and stop if you feel pain.
The pregnancy and postpartum modes don't replace your clinician's guidance.
Who can use it
You must be 16 or older to use Gibky.
Your account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Google account secure.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Break the law.
- Try to access other people's data.
- Disrupt or overload the service.
- Reverse engineer or scrape the service.
- Abuse the AI features with automated requests.
Your content stays yours
You own what you log. You give us a license only to store, process and display it to run the service for you.
AI suggestions can be wrong
AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable for you. Use your own judgement, especially on weights.
Early access
Gibky is free for now. Features may change or be removed. If paid plans come later, you'll be told before you are charged.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, injury from training, or lost data.
Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months (currently nothing).
Ending your use
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes to these terms
We date every update at the top of this page. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
