Log it. See the pattern. Lift a bit more.
Gibky turns quick notes and ticked sets into a plan for your next session. It tracks every lift on its own, spots stalls before they drag on, and adjusts for how you slept and feel today.

Your body isn't a machine
Some days you're fresh, some days you slept four hours. The plan reads how you actually feel before it picks a weight.
For everyone
A five-second daily check-in
Rate your energy and sleep from 1 to 5. A low day holds the weight and trims a set on compounds, so you still train without digging a hole.
- Energy and sleep logged separately, whenever you like
- Rough days that stack up can bring a lighter week
Sleep 2/5→ Bench holds at 80 kg · 2 sets instead of 3
Optional · on or off anytime
Cycle-aware loads
Turn on cycle tracking and loads nudge gently by phase and by how you feel, with how you feel counting for more. The evidence for phase effects is small, so the changes are too.
- Modes for hormonal contraception, perimenopause, postpartum and more, each using only what applies
- Learns your own phase response after a couple of cycles
- Private to your account; export or delete it anytime
The Gibky way
Gibky comes from the Silesian word gibki, meaning agile or flexible, and gibaj się, an energetic "get moving!" We tweaked the spelling so English speakers say it right, with a nod to the local slang for Silesians. Rigid spreadsheets don't survive real life: a bad night's sleep, a busy week, your cycle. Gibky bends the plan so your progress doesn't break.
Weight goes up when you earn it.
By default, a lift moves up once every working set hits the top of its range.
Never average two different lifts.
Strength is tracked per exercise, so a squat PR never hides a stalled bench.
Check-in beats the calendar.
How you slept and feel today moves the plan more than any date does.
A stall is information.
Three flat sessions bring a reset, a new rep range or a swap.
Deloads are part of the plan.
Lighter weeks arrive when stalls or rough check-ins stack up.
AI only runs when you ask.
No background calls: every report starts from your own logged numbers.
Your data, your export.
Export everything as JSON or CSV, and delete it whenever you like.
Private by default
- Your workouts, check-ins and (only if tracking is on) cycle data are tied to your Google account.
- AI features send Google Gemini a summary of your training, today's check-in and training profile (plus cycle phase if tracking is on), only when you use them; everything else is computed in Gibky.
- Cycle tracking is optional, you can switch it on or off anytime, and only your account can see it.
- Export your history as JSON or CSV, and delete cycle data or your whole account from Settings.
